Since I'm no longer checking my weight until the new year I thought I would focus on how I feel. This week I've eaten my 3-5 vegetables, drank plenty of water, and walked every day. I haven't been sleeping very well, though, which leaves me feeling groggy and low on energy. I am also feeling anxious about the coming week as on Friday we are leaving this housesit to go to London and as of this moment, we don't have a place to stay in London just yet! We'll see where I end up writing this from next week...
